Ocucaje Pisco Quebranta is a first-class Peruvian pisco made exclusively from the Quebranta grape. This non-aromatic grape variety thrives particularly well in the dry climate of the Peruvian coastal regions and provides a strong but balanced flavour. Distillation is carried out using traditional methods, which gives this pisco its unadulterated purity and depth. With an alcohol content of 45.5% by volume, it is powerful, yet remains smooth and harmonious on the palate.

This pisco is characterised by its crystal-clear appearance and expressive aroma. The gentle processing preserves the fine fruity flavours of the grapes, giving it a wonderful balance between intensity and elegance.
