This Bardolino Classico is made from the traditional grape varieties Corvina, Rondinella and Molinara, which are responsible for the typical fruitiness and freshness of this wine. The grapes come from the best vineyards in the Bardolino Classico zone, which benefit from the mild climate of Lake Garda and offer ideal conditions for growing these grape varieties. After selective harvesting, fermentation takes place in stainless steel tanks, followed by ageing in large oak barrels, which give the wine additional complexity and depth.

Tasting Note

Ruby red in the glass with violet reflections. The nose is enticed by fresh aromas of cherries, plums and raspberries, accompanied by light spice and a hint of black pepper. On the palate, the wine is fresh and lively, with well-integrated acidity and soft tannins that provide a pleasant structure. Masi Frescaripa Bardolino Classico DOC is the ideal accompaniment to a wide range of dishes.
