The maturation in first fill Oloroso sherry butts brings deep fruity notes, sweet sherry nuances and a light nuttiness to the whisky, while the bourbon hogsheads are responsible for the vanilla and delicate wood flavours. The combination of these casks creates a whisky with complex flavours that is both powerful and harmonious.

Tasting Note

Colour: Light gold with amber reflections.

Nose: Fruity notes of green apples, pears, citrus fruits, accompanied by a fine oak spice and a hint of vanilla.

Flavour: Full-bodied and complex with notes of caramel, honey-sweetened fruit, oak and a hint of spices such as cinnamon and nutmeg.

Finish: Long-lasting, warm and harmonious with a warm oak and spice note that gently fades away.
