Known for its careful production using the traditional bottle fermentation method, this crémant is the result of a harmonious blend of high-quality Loire grapes, in particular Chenin Blanc and Chardonnay.

After gentle pressing, a second fermentation takes place directly in the bottle, allowing the crémant to develop its fine, elegant perlage and unmistakable variety of flavours. On the nose, it delights with delicate aromas of green apples, fresh pears and white peaches, accompanied by subtle notes of acacia blossom, citrus zest and a fine brioche note. On the palate, this crémant is fine-sparkling, fresh and elegant, with a harmonious acidity structure and a pleasant minerality. The finish is clear, delicately flavoured and long-lasting, accompanied by delicate hints of roasted almonds.
