This stylish rosé crémant is made predominantly from the noble Loire grape Cabernet Franc, complemented by selected local grape varieties. After careful hand-picking and gentle pressing, the classic second fermentation takes place directly in the bottle, giving Ladubay Crémant its particularly fine perlage, elegant fruitiness and complex flavour.
