The selected grapes - mainly 35% Chenin Blanc, 20% Chardonnay and 30% Cabernet Franc - come from the best vineyards along the Loire and are carefully harvested by hand. Traditional bottle fermentation gives this crémant its fine perlage, pleasant structure and typical, elegant character. Tasting Note

In the glass, the Gratien & Meyer Crémant de Loire Brut has a bright, radiant golden yellow colour with green reflections and an extremely fine, elegant perlage. Its delicate bouquet reveals appealing aromas of fresh green apples, pears and citrus fruits, accompanied by subtle hints of acacia blossom, white flowers and a fine yeasty note. On the palate, it impresses with a creamy, silky texture, balanced acidity and a fresh, well-integrated minerality. Its elegant finish is pleasantly long, clear and characterised by delicate roasted aromas.
