Tasting Note

A clear, light yellow colour with green reflections in the glass. The nose is dominated by fresh aromas of green apples, pears and delicate citrus notes, complemented by a hint of white flowers and a mineral freshness. On the palate, the wine shows a lively freshness and balanced acidity, with notes of ripe apples and peach as well as a subtle minerality. The finish is long and refreshing, making the wine a particularly elegant experience.

The Strablegg-Leitner Pinot Blanc Panorama Edition is an excellent accompaniment to light, fresh dishes such as fish, seafood or poultry. This wine is also an excellent accompaniment to Mediterranean salads or asparagus dishes. It harmonises particularly well with a fresh goat's cheese platter or a mild Brie.
