A key quality feature of this tequila is the precise separation of the two separate distillations - the head and ends are consistently separated from each other from the very first distillation. This means that only the heart of the distillate remains, which stands for purity, clarity and flavour balance. After distillation, the tequila rests for two months in stainless steel tanks, which serves as a form of stabilisation. This brief maturation gives the distillate an additional roundness without losing its fresh, clear character.
