Tasting Note

The Sisi Kirsch Frizzante shines in the glass in a radiant garnet red colour with a delicate core. The nose is dominated by stewed sour cherries, fresh tart cherries and juicy cherry juice - intense but not overpowering. Cooked sour cherries, subtle hints of cinnamon, cloves and a touch of white pepper unfold on the palate. The delicate sweetness is perfectly balanced with the lively acidity and makes this frizzante an exceptionally round, fruit-accentuated pleasure experience.
