The Scolari Bellerica Rosé is a lively and multi-layered rosé wine that reflects the tradition and passion of the Scolari winery. The Scolari family winery is known for its dedication to producing high-quality wines in the region around Lake Garda, where the grapes thrive in optimal climatic conditions. The rosé is vinified from a careful cuvée consisting of 50% Groppello Gentile and Groppello di Mocasina, 20% Marzemino, 15% Sangiovese and 15% Barbera. These unique grape varieties give the wine an exceptional balance between fruitiness, freshness and structure.

The grapes for the Scolari Bellerica Rosé grow on barren, chalky soils, which lend the wine a refreshing minerality. Ageing in steel tanks ensures that the freshness and fruity flavours are optimally preserved, while at the same time maintaining the natural elegance of the wine.

Tasting Note

The Scolari Bellerica Rosé has a delicate, light rosé colour in the glass. The nose reveals aromas of fresh red berries such as strawberries and raspberries, accompanied by floral notes and a hint of citrus fruit. On the palate, the wine is refreshing and well-structured, with a balanced acidity and juicy fruitiness. The balanced grape varieties and the mineral complexity of the soil give the wine a depth that ends gently and harmoniously on the finish.

The rosé is a perfect aperitif and is ideal with light starters such as fresh salads, sushi or grilled vegetables.
