Made from high-quality sugar cane molasses and matured in Panama for at least 10 years, this rum is refined in a second phase in Pedro Ximénez sherry casks. This special post-maturing process not only gives it its deep mahogany colour, but also a distinctive fruity-sweet depth with a soft body and complex structure.
