The Glera grapes used come from controlled vineyards within the DOC area and are carefully harvested to preserve freshness, flavour and clarity. The second fermentation takes place in stainless steel tanks using the Charmat method, resulting in a particularly fine, persistent perlage and a fresh, fruity flavour. The Extra Dry style has a subtle, charming residual sweetness and makes this Prosecco a particularly balanced, accessible sparkling wine with a fine character and lively freshness.

Tasting Note

In the glass, the Prosecco has a clear, bright straw yellow colour with greenish reflections and a fine, lively perlage. The nose reveals an elegant bouquet of green apples, pears, white flowers and a hint of citrus. On the palate, the sparkling wine is fresh, fruity and balanced, with a subtle, well-integrated sweetness and a pleasantly fine, slightly mineral finish.

Paladin Prosecco Extra Dry is an ideal aperitif and harmonises perfectly with light starters, antipasti, sushi, fresh salads, seafood or fruity desserts such as lemon tart or strawberries.
