Description
The Château de l'Aumérade Marie-Christine Rosé 2024 is one of the few Cru Classé wines from the Côtes de Provence and stands for the highest quality, finesse and loyalty to origin. With an alcohol content of 13% vol. and its iconic bottle shape, this elegant rosé wine from the south of France combines centuries-old winemaking skills with a modern drinking style. Produced in the heart of Provence, near Pierrefeu-du-Var, this wine comes from the traditional Château de l'Aumérade, which has held the prestigious status of "Cru Classé" since 1955 - a quality label awarded to only a few producers in Provence.
The cuvée is made from the classic grape varieties of Provence: Grenache, Cinsault and Syrah. The wine is matured at a controlled temperature in stainless steel tanks to preserve freshness, depth of flavour and typicity. The 2024 vintage is particularly expressive, elegant and perfectly balanced - a premium rosé that sets visual and flavour accents. Whether as an aperitif, with light dishes or for special moments in summer - Marie-Christine Rosé stands for French lightness at the highest level.
Tasting Note
In the glass, the Marie-Christine Rosé presents itself in a delicate salmon pink colour with brilliant clarity. The nose is fine and complex with notes of white peaches, strawberries, citrus fruits and a hint of Provençal herbs. On the palate, the wine is dry, fresh and balanced with lively acidity, elegant minerality and a finely fruity, long-lasting finish.
This Cru Classé Rosé from Provence is the ideal accompaniment to Mediterranean dishes such as grilled fish, prawns, salade niçoise, ratatouille or goat's cheese. It also unfolds its elegance with sushi, antipasti or light summer dishes. As an aperitif, stylish terrace wine or exclusive gift, it impresses with its quality, appearance and origin. Served at 8-10 °C, it unfolds its full aromatic diversity - perfect for sunny days and special occasions.
