Tasting Note

Colour: Dark amber.

Nose: Ripe dried fruit, sweet heather honey, cloves, fine smoke and a hint of leather.

Taste: Full-bodied, complex and smooth with flavours of sherry, dark chocolate, orange, toasted oak and a subtle peatiness.

Finish: Langs, warm and spicy with a slightly maritime freshness and lingering smoke.

Best enjoyed neat or with a few drops of water to fully develop the complex structure.
