As part of the renowned Family Casks Collection, this bottling exemplifies the uncompromising quality standards of the traditional Speyside distillery Glenfarclas, which has been wholly family-owned for generations.


The whisky comes from a single cask, a plain butt, which is characterised by a comparatively restrained wood influence and a clear focus on the distillery character. This single cask whisky was bottled without chill-filtration and without the addition of colouring agents, which fully preserves its structure, depth and natural cask maturity. The Family Casks series is the result of George S. Grant's foresight and utilises the distillery's exceptional cask stock, which spans several decades. Today, John and George Grant, the fifth and sixth generations of the family, are responsible for this Linie, making each bottling not only a cask strength Scotch whisky, but also a documented piece of distillery history.
