The innovative production method is particularly noteworthy: The alcohol is removed by reverse osmosis - a particularly gentle process that allows the fine aromas, fruit and fragrance of the original wine to be largely preserved. In this process, the wine is pressed through a membrane at high pressure, separating two liquids: an aromatic concentrated solution and a mixture of water and alcohol. The alcohol is removed by heating and then replenished to the desired volume with water. The closure with natural cork emphasises the quality claim and sets this alcohol-free sparkling wine above many comparable products.
