This frizzante is made from the traditional Glera grape variety and is a typical Italian sparkling wine with a moderate alcohol content and elegant effervescence. It is fermented using the Méthode Charmat, a gentle tank fermentation method that preserves the freshness and aromatic profile of the Glera grape.

Mionetto has stood for the highest level of Prosecco expertise since 1887 and embodies Italian joie de vivre, traditional craftsmanship and a keen sense of modern style. The Vino Frizzante is characterised by its gentle but persistent flow of bubbles and is bottled with a classic spago closure (cord stopper) - a charming detail that reflects its origins and history. Tasting Note

In the glass, the Prosecco Vino Frizzante has a clear, straw-yellow colour with greenish reflections. The perlage is fine and lively. The nose reveals fruity aromas of green apple, pear and citrus fruit, accompanied by floral hints of white flowers. On the palate, the wine is fresh, balanced and pleasantly fruity with a delicate mousseux and a harmonious, slightly mineral finish.
