Mionetto Prosecco BIO Organic Extra Dry DOC combines the highest quality standards with sustainable wine enjoyment and an Italian attitude to life. Made from Glera grapes, which are cultivated in accordance with the strict requirements of organic farming, this Prosecco does not use any synthetic chemical pesticides or artificial fertilisers. The result is an authentic spumante typical of the grape variety that not only has a great flavour, but is also produced in an ecologically conscious manner.

Mionetto, a traditional brand based in the heart of Valdobbiadene since 1887, combines a love of nature with modern cellar technology with this Biologico Extra Dry. The second fermentation takes place according to the Méthode Charmat in temperature-controlled stainless steel tanks in order to optimally preserve the aromatic freshness and elegance of the Glera grape. In addition to the contents, the design of the bottle is also impressive - sustainably conceived and with a modern look. With an alcohol content of 11% vol. and a harmoniously integrated residual sweetness, this Prosecco is accessible, stylish and lively.

Tasting Note

The Mionetto BIO Prosecco shimmers in the glass in a bright straw yellow colour with a fine, persistent perlage. The nose reveals elegant aromas of golden apple, delicate hints of orange and floral notes of acacia blossom. On the palate, it is fresh and balanced with lively fruitiness, subtle sweetness and a pleasant, fine-sparkling finish - an authentic expression of its organic origin.
