Mionetto MO Sergio is an elegant, modern sparkling wine that reflects the Italian way of life in its purest form. Produced according to the Méthode Charmat and matured for at least six months on the fine lees, the result is a sparkling wine with a fine perlage, lively freshness and clear style. The cuvée is based on the traditional Glera grape variety, which is known for its fruity, floral characteristics and forms the basis for high-quality Prosecco.

Tasting Note

In the glass, MO Sergio is a delicate straw yellow colour with a fine, persistent perlage. The bouquet seduces with fresh honey, ripe apples, honeydew melon and floral notes. On the palate, the Spumante is dry, with a pleasantly soft texture, balanced acidity and a fine, slightly bitter finish that gives the wine depth and length.

Served at 5-7 °C, Mionetto MO Sergio is an excellent aperitif and a stylish accompaniment to antipasti, seafood, shellfish, pasta, quiche and fine risotto.
