Inführ Sekt Brut Excellent is a particularly fine, single-varietal sparkling wine made from 100% Grüner Veltliner, which combines the best of the Weinviertel region. The base wine comes predominantly from loess soils in the north-eastern part of the Weinviertel, a region known for its fruity white wines and its cellar tunnels dug deep into the earth. These natural deposits provide ideal conditions for maturing the base wines and give the finished sparkling wine its fine structure and balance.

The appearance emphasises the high standards: an extra dark bottle protects the contents from light and preserves the fresh aroma, while the gold-embossed label conveys elegance and exclusivity. The second fermentation is carried out using the Charmat method to bring out the typical fruity and spicy flavours of Grüner Veltliner.

The Inführ Sekt Brut Excellent stands for sophisticated Austrian sparkling wine enjoyment - balanced, multi-layered and yet wonderfully digestible. A product for all those who are looking for something special and are looking for uncompromising quality.

Tasting Note

In the glass, the sparkling wine is a light straw yellow colour with a fine, lively mousse. The nose is characterised by juicy apple, pineapple and a hint of white flowers. Typical of Grüner Veltliner, there is a subtle pepper flavour in the background. Fine and delicately flavoured on the palate with a dry, balanced profile, elegant freshness and a mineral finish. The bouquet unfolds best in a tulip-shaped champagne glass.

This sparkling wine is perfect as a stylish aperitif, but is also an excellent accompaniment to cold starters, fish dishes, seafood or vegetarian cuisine with fresh Kaltern. Thanks to its freshness and spiciness, it also harmonises well with Asian-inspired dishes or finger food at festive occasions. Best served well chilled below 6 °C and enjoyed as young as possible to experience the fruity flavour in its full intensity. An elegant sparkling wine for connoisseurs with high standards.
