This special edition was bottled at a full 54.1% vol. at cask strength and matured in three different cask types: Ex-bourbon casks, red wine casks and sweet wine casks. This triple maturation gives the whisky a complex, layered flavour profile with fruity, spicy and woody notes.

With no chill-filtration and no added colouring, this bottling retains its natural character and full flavour intensity. Tasting Note

Colour: Warm gold with reddish reflections.

Nose: Fresh and fruity with ripe stone fruit, vanilla, red berries and light spicy notes.

Flavour: Full-bodied, powerful and complex with caramel, toasted wood, sultanas, dark fruits and a delicate wine character.

Finish: Langs, spicy and slightly dry with vanilla wood and a hint of dried fruit.

Best enjoyed neat or with a few drops of water to develop the full flavour of the three cask types. Ideal for experienced whisky lovers who are looking for a multi-layered, powerful dram.
