Tasting Note

The Platscher Perle shimmers in the glass in a light straw yellow colour with silver reflections. The nose is characterised by fragrant fruit aromas - green apple, citrus, elderflower and a hint of white peach. On the palate, the sparkling wine is fresh, lively and fruity, with a delicate perlage, fine residual sweetness and a harmonious, uncomplicated finish.

An ideal aperitif for garden parties, receptions or brunches. Goes wonderfully with light summer cuisine, grilled vegetables, fruit salads, light desserts or simply as a solo enjoyment well chilled on the terrace. Also a lively accompaniment to Asian starters or fresh cheese variations.
