Tasting Note

In the glass, the non-alcoholic sparkling wine is a light straw yellow colour with a fine, lively perlage. The nose reveals notes of green apple, lemon, mace and white flowers. Fresh, dry and structured on the palate, with a delicate herbal flavour, good acidity and an invigorating finish that impresses with its clarity and freshness.

Ideal as an aperitif or with starters such as salad with goat's cheese, sushi, Asian dishes with a slight spiciness, but also with summer dishes, fruit salads or light vegetarian cuisine. Also an excellent non-alcoholic choice for festive occasions such as weddings, company parties or evening receptions.
