Tasting Note

Colour: Dark amber with a reddish tinge.

Nose: Dried fruit, sultanas, dates, spicy oak, chocolate and a hint of orange oil.

Flavour: Full-bodied and smooth with notes of dark chocolate, caramel, spices, nuts and stewed fruit.

Finish: Langs, elegant and complex with warming oak spice, fruity sweetness and subtle dryness.

Ideal neat in a nosing glass or with a few drops of water to open up the flavour. Perfect with dark chocolate, dried fruit or strong cheese.
