Colour: Golden amber.

Nose: Soft and aromatic with vanilla, caramel, honey and light fruity notes.

Taste: Creamy and round with caramel, maple syrup, butterscotch, ripe fruit and subtle roasted flavours.

Finish: Medium length, smooth and sweet and spicy.

Michter's US*1 Small Batch Unblended American Whiskey shows its full potential neat or with a few drops of water. It is an excellent accompaniment to grilled meat such as BBQ ribs or juicy beef steak, but also harmonises well with smoked cheese, roasted nuts or a selection of dark chocolate.
