The Signatory Vintage 100 Proof Edition Miltonduff 14 Years Old with a volume of 57.1% and a volume of 0.7 litres is an expressive single malt Scotch whisky from the traditional Miltonduff Distillery in Speyside. The distillery is known for its soft, fruity distillates with floral accents, which are predominantly used for blends such as Ballantine's. Single malt bottlings from Miltonduff are comparatively rare, which makes this whisky particularly interesting for collectors and enthusiasts.

This whisky was distilled in 2011 and matured for 14 years in a single first fill Oloroso sherry butt (cask #54). The maturation in a fresh sherry cask gives it a deep, complex flavour with dark fruits, sweet spices and fine oak spice. It is bottled in the 100 proof edition at full cask strength, uncoloured and not chill-filtered in order to fully preserve the natural character and cask notes.

Tasting Note

Colour: Deep copper with mahogany reflections.

Nose: Rich sherry sweetness with sultanas, figs, ripe plums and candied orange peel, plus dark chocolate, espresso and a hint of nuts.

Flavour: Full-bodied, velvety and complex, with dried fruit, toffee, marzipan, spicy gingerbread, cinnamon and nutmeg, accompanied by fine oak spice.

Finish: Langs, warming and harmonious, with lingering fruit sweetness, fine spices and light roasted bitterness.


The Miltonduff 14 Years Old 100 Proof Edition is best enjoyed neat or with a few drops of water. It is an excellent accompaniment to mature hard cheeses such as Comté or Manchego, smoked game or braised beef.
