It is vinified from carefully selected grapes that find optimal conditions at this altitude: calcareous, gravelly soils and a continental climate with warm days and cool nights. The grapes are harvested gently to preserve the full fruit. The grapes are then fermented at a controlled temperature in stainless steel tanks, which preserves the wine's lively flavour and typical freshness.
