It is particularly noteworthy that 100% of Scallywag The Gipfelgruß is matured in sherry casks. This cask selection ensures an impressive depth, rich fruitiness and a fine sweetness that characterise this edition. The whisky is also bottled without chill-filtration, which preserves its natural complexity and full body. Strictly limited to just 600 bottles, it is a coveted collector's item and a real highlight of the series.


It is based on selected single malts from Speyside, which is known for its fruity and sherry-accentuated whiskies. Douglas Laing combines hand-selected casks that give this whisky a perfect balance of dark fruits, chocolate and spicy oak notes.

Nose: Rich with sultanas, red berries, vanilla and dark chocolate.
