The Signatory Vintage 100 Proof Edition Auchroisk 12 Years Old Single Malt is a special bottling from the renowned range of independent bottlers of Signatory Vintage Scotch Whisky. Distilled in 2012 and matured for a full 12 years, it impressively demonstrates how multi-faceted the whiskies from the still rarely represented Speyside distillery Auchroisk can be.


It was matured in an exciting combination of first fill Amarone hogsheads and refill hogsheads, allowing it to develop both fruity depth and elegant flavour. Bottled at a powerful 57.1% vol., it brings the flavours to the glass in unadulterated intensity. This single malt is also natural, as it contains no colouring agents and has not been chill-filtered, which further emphasises its authenticity. The 100 Proof Edition is primarily aimed at connoisseurs who appreciate the unadulterated character of high-quality whiskies and offers an intense enjoyment experience for lovers of exceptional single malts.

Tasting Note

Colour: Strong golden hue with reddish nuances.

Nose: Red fruits, grapes and spices, combined with malty sweetness and light oak spice.

Flavour: Full-bodied and powerful, with notes of dark berries, dried fruit, chocolate and fine spice from the Amarone barrel.

Finish: Langs, spicy, fruity and pleasantly dry.
