Since 1898, the family distillery has stood for authentic spirits based on traditional recipes and innovative craftsmanship. With Herbalis Amaro Officinale, Poli presents a herbal liqueur made from a variety of selected medicinal and aromatic plants. The careful maceration of the herbs gives this amaro its complex flavour, which is both tart, spicy and finely balanced. With an alcohol content of 32% vol. and in a 0.7 litre bottle, it combines classic Italian bitter tradition with a modern, elegant profile.
This amaro from Veneto is inspired by the apothecary art of times gone by, when bitter liqueurs were valued not only as stimulants but also as herbal elixirs.
