Poli Po' Di Poli Grappa Elegante is a fine Italian grappa from the traditional Poli distillery in Bassano del Grappa, Veneto. Since 1898, the Poli family business has stood for the highest quality and authentic craftsmanship in the production of grappa. With an alcohol content of 40% vol. and bottled in an elegant 0.7-litre bottle, the Elegante is part of the popular Po' Di Poli range, which stands for clearly defined styles. It is based on selected pomace from aromatic grape varieties that are distilled in copper stills using traditional methods. This artisanal processing produces a grappa of fine clarity, balance and elegant structure.

Poli Po' Di Poli Grappa Elegante is ideal as a stylish digestif after a meal and harmonises particularly well with light Italian desserts such as panna cotta, tiramisu or biscotti. It also goes perfectly with mild cheeses such as ricotta or fresh goat's cheese. In combination with an espresso or dark chocolate, it also develops its fine flavour. It can also be used in fine cuisine to flavour sauces or fruit dishes. Served slightly chilled in a grappa glass, the Elegante shows its full expressiveness and lives up to its name.
