Since 1898, the Poli family business has stood for the highest quality, artisanal distillation and the respectful use of natural raw materials. Only Gewürztraminer is used as raw material - a grape variety known for its intense, aromatic flavours. The production method is based on artisanal distillation in a discontinuous water bath process, which is carried out in small production batches. This traditional method allows the grape marc to be processed particularly gently, thus fully preserving the typical flavours of the Gewürztraminer grape. The result is an aromatic grappa that impresses with its purity, elegance and depth.
