The Poli UVAVIVA Rossa 40% vol. 0.7 l in tin box is the finest Italian grape brandy, produced in the traditional Poli distillery in Schiavon near Bassano del Grappa. Since 1898, the name Poli has stood for the highest level of distillation, precision craftsmanship and the respectful handling of natural raw materials. With a great deal of experience and passion, distillates are created here that reflect the best of Italian wine culture.


The raw material used is the strawberry grape, a particularly aromatic grape variety known for its natural sweetness and fine structure. The production method is based on artisanal distillation using a discontinuous water bath process, which is carried out in small production batches. This traditional method ensures gentle processing and the preservation of the typical characteristics of the grapes used. The result is an aromatic grape brandy that is characterised by maximum purity and balance.
