EDEL.STOFF Zirbe 24 by Harry Albel is a fine, handcrafted Swiss stone pine schnapps from Austria that captures the intense flavour of the Alps in liquid form. With an alcohol content of 30% by volume, it epitomises the combination of regional tradition and modern distillation techniques. Only carefully selected Swiss stone pine cones from the Austrian Alps are used for this fine brandy, giving the distillate its characteristic resinous, spicy flavour.


It is produced using a specially developed process by Harry Albel, in which the valuable essential oils of the Swiss stone pine are gently extracted and combined with high-quality alcohol components. The result is a clearly structured, natural Swiss stone pine liqueur with a strong fragrance, harmonious flavour and elegant mildness. The name "Zirbe 24" stands for a year-round enjoyment experience - whether pure, iced or in creative Alpine cocktails.

Tasting Note

Colour: Warm red-brown with an amber shimmer.

Nose: Intense aroma of Swiss stone pine with resinous and slightly sweet wood notes, accompanied by subtle hints of herbs.

Flavour: Full-bodied, spicy and aromatic with a clear Swiss stone pine resin structure, subtle sweetness and balsamic character.

Finish: Langs, pleasantly resinous and gently warming with a fine, nutty nuance.

EDEL.STOFF Zirbe 24 tastes excellent on its own at room temperature or slightly chilled and is ideal as a digestif after a savoury meal. It also unfolds its full flavour in combination with chocolate, vanilla ice cream or apple strudel. In modern bar culture, it is also often used in Alpine cocktails with herbal liqueur, tonic or gin to add an authentic Alpine flavour.
