Heinrich Verjus Sour is an uncompromisingly natural, alcohol-free speciality and also the first Blaufränkisch verjus from Heinrich. Made from 100% juice of unripe Blaufränkisch grapes from the 2025 vintage, this product stands for pure freshness, precision and artisanal clarity. Verjus, derived from the French vert jus for "green juice", is made from early harvested grapes and is characterised by a mildly acidic, elegant structure - without any alcohol or added sugar. Heinrich Verjus Sour is naturally cloudy and completely untreated, preserving all the natural ingredients of the grapes. This naturalness gives it its lively acidity, fine fruitiness and enormous versatility.


As a conscious alternative to vinegar or citrus fruits, this Blaufränkisch verjuice is ideal for modern cuisine as well as for alcohol-free bar culture.
