Sharish Blue Gin is an exceptional distilled gin from Portugal that impresses with its fascinating, deep blue colour and harmonious aroma. It comes from the small town of Monsaraz in the Alentejo region, where master distiller Antonio Cuco produces this modern premium gin with great passion and craftsmanship. The base is pure agricultural alcohol, which is distilled together with carefully selected botanicals - a hallmark of a true distilled gin.


The botanicals include juniper, coriander seeds, angelica root, Ingwerer, cinnamon, cardamom, citrus fruits, apple and the Clitoria ternatea flower, also known as the "blue pea flower". The latter gives the gin its characteristic, natural blue colour - a botanical highlight that changes colour in combination with tonic water or acidic ingredients (such as lime or lemon) and turns into a soft pink-violet. This fascinating colour transformation makes Sharish Blue Gin a real eye-catcher and an experience in every glass.
