Inspired by the sun-drenched island of Sardinia, the classic Gunpowder Tea Gin is refined with the intense flavour of the rare Citrus monstruosa - a Sardinian citrus fruit known for its complex interplay of sweetness, bitterness and freshness.

The gin is produced in small batches using the traditional copper pot still method, using 12 finely selected botanicals. In addition to juniper, coriander, angelica root, orange and grapefruit peel, the characteristic gunpowder tea, a Chinese green tea, forms the basis. The addition of Sardinian citrus fruit gives the gin an exceptionally fresh, slightly sweet and spicy flavour profile with Mediterranean elegance.
