The cuvée consists of Zweigelt, Cabernet Sauvignon and Merlot, three grape varieties that give the wine structure, fruit and flavour. Filtration and fining are deliberately avoided - the wine remains natural and unfined, which gives it its authentic cloudiness and original vibrancy.
