Originally created based on a historic recipe by Don Jésé Jimenez, this legacy was proudly revived by the family after they took over the distillery and brought it to new splendour.


El Cabrón XO Extra Old Spiced Rum is based on the finest Caribbean molasses and matures for many years in carefully selected bourbon barrels. Due to the long tropical ageing process, it develops an incomparable depth characterised by vanilla, dark sugar, nutmeg and roasted aromas. The rum is then refined with a finely balanced blend of spices, which gives it its sensual warmth and characteristic flavour. The result is a harmonious, full-bodied spiced rum with a distinctive structure and gentle sweetness - a true masterpiece of Caribbean rum artistry.


With an alcohol content of 43 per cent by volume, the XO presents a perfect balance between strength, elegance and a variety of flavours.
