This 12-year-old single malt is matured exclusively in a fine combination of Pedro Ximénez and Oloroso sherry casks from Spain and epitomises the distillery's typical, full-bodied, fruity style.


Maturation in these casks gives it its natural colour, depth and a rich spectrum of aromas. It is bottled without colouring and not chill-filtered to preserve all of its authenticity and original character. With an alcohol content of 43% vol., it is a balanced yet intense Highland malt that is ideal for beginners and connoisseurs alike. Tasting Note

Colour: Deep, amber red gold.

Nose: Sherry-soaked autumn fruits combine with notes of chocolate praline, gingerbread and sun-dried sultanas.

Palate: Caramelised blackberries, silky orange and sultanas spread creamily across the palate, accompanied by a fine spiciness and a hint of sweet oak.

Finish: Langs and rich, with soft fruit notes, fine sherry and a hint of velvety, nutty chocolate - a warming and elegant finish.
