Only single malt whisky matured for 10 years in Oloroso sherry casks was used for this special 200 Years Distillery Edition. This choice of cask characterises the extraordinary aroma of this Highland whisky: rich, full-bodied and elegant with a wonderful depth. The Oloroso casks lend it sweet notes of dried fruit, sultanas and caramel, which combine perfectly with spicy wood accents and the creamy texture of the malt.

With an alcohol content of 46% vol., this whisky is not chill-filtered, fully preserving its natural structure and depth. Tasting Note

Colour: Deep amber with reddish-golden reflections.

Nose: Rich and fruity with notes of sultanas, dried figs, honey, toffee and sweet sherry.

Flavour: Full-bodied, creamy and harmonious with aromas of dark chocolate, nuts, vanilla, caramel and fine wood notes from the Oloroso cask.

Finish: Soft, elegant and long-lasting with sweet and spicy sherry flavours and a hint of oak.
