Henkell Rosé is a finely sparkling, elegant rosé sparkling wine with an international flair that delights with its freshness and balance. Made from a cuvée of selected red grape varieties, this sparkling wine combines the art of traditional sparkling wine production with the modern, clear style of Henkell Freixenet. It is produced using the Méthode Charmat, in which the second fermentation takes place in pressurised tanks - a process that brings out the fresh fruit flavours and delicate perlage particularly well.


After a maturation period of at least six months, Henkell Rosé presents itself as a harmoniously balanced, fragrant sparkling wine with an elegant dryness and clear fruit. This composition of quality, style and lightness makes it a favourite companion for festive occasions and enjoyable moments.

Tasting Note

In the glass, Henkell Rosé is a delicate salmon pink colour with a lively, fine perlage. The nose reveals a nuanced, delicately fruity bouquet with aromas of raspberries, strawberries and redcurrants, accompanied by a hint of citrus freshness and delicate floral aromas. On the palate, the sparkling wine is dry, fresh and balanced, with an elegant combination of fruit, fine acidity and creamy perlage. The finish is lively and harmonious, with a lingering fruity aftertaste - an expression of pure joie de vivre in rosé-coloured form.

Henkell Rosé is versatile and ideal as an aperitif or as an accompaniment to light starters, fish, white meat and not overly sweet desserts.
