Under the direction of Alan and Conor Hyde, this exceptional whiskey is distilled twice and initially matures for six years in fresh American white oak bourbon casks. It is then finished in dark rum casks from the Caribbean - a maturation step that gives it its exotic fruitiness, creamy sweetness and spicy tropical depth.


Bottled in small batch premium quality, Hyde No.4 is bottled at 46%, unfiltered and without colouring - in the true spirit of Irish distilling tradition. Tasting Note

Colour: Light gold with an amber shimmer.

Nose: Rich and fruity with tropical notes of passion fruit, vanilla, butter toffee and a hint of oak.

Flavour: Sweet rum, vanilla, Ingwerer, lime, green apples, mango and oranges - creamy and balanced.

Finish: Langs, spicy and rich with a buttery vanilla finish and fine fruit sweetness.
