The Regele Crème de Pinot sparkling wine 13% vol. 0.75 l is a high-quality Austrian sparkling wine of the Sekt Austria quality level, which impresses with its fine perlage, elegant structure and clear freshness. Made from 100% Pinot Blanc grapes, this sparkling wine represents the elegant side of the Burgundy family and represents a new generation of Austrian sparkling wines - precise, modern and stylish.


Vinification takes place using tank fermentation, followed by 6 months of yeast ageing, which gives the Crème de Pinot its fine mousseux and creamy texture. Its character is deliberately restrained and clear, making it a delightful aperitif as well as a versatile accompaniment to food. Regele Crème de Pinot is a sparkling wine that accompanies rather than dominates - elegant, balanced and wonderfully fresh and enjoyable to drink.

Tasting Note

In the glass, the Regele Crème de Pinot sparkling wine is a light straw yellow colour with a fine, even perlage. On the nose, it has a subtle, clear bouquet with notes of citrus fruit, apple blossom and white fruit, accompanied by a subtle spiciness and a hint of yeast biscuits. On the palate, it is fine-sparkling, fresh and balanced, with delicate fruit, elegant structure and harmonious acidity. The mousse is creamy and persistent, the finish is lively, clean and precise - a sparkling wine that impresses with its balance and finesse.
