This exclusive edition was created in collaboration with the Swedish three-star chef Björn Frantzén, one of Europe’s most influential restaurateurs, and combines the art of distilling with culinary creativity in an extraordinary way.

‘Between You & I’ has been matured for a full 16 years in a carefully selected combination of unseasoned Swedish oak casks – a first for the distillery – sherry-seasoned European and American oak casks, and ex-bourbon casks. This complex blend of casks lends it exceptional depth, structure and aromatic diversity. The result is a single malt that combines elegance, warmth and sophistication in perfect balance.


With an alcohol content of 48% ABV, non-chill-filtered and free from colouring, Highland Park Between You & I embodies the pure expressiveness of the Orkney distillery. Inspired by the flavours of Nordic cuisine and Frantzén’s keen sense of taste and balance, this whisky reflects a harmonious blend of nature, craftsmanship and art.

Tasting Note

Colour: Warm gold with amber highlights.

Nose: Complex and multi-layered with hints of honey, oak, dried fruit, herbs and subtle spice.

Palate: Smooth, round and aromatic with notes of vanilla, oak, subtle sweetness, malty depth and a spicy sherry influence.

Finish: Elegant, harmonious and long-lasting, with delicate woody notes, warmth and slightly nutty nuances.
