Tasting Note

The Scheiblhofer Premium Cuvée 2024 presents itself in the glass with a dark ruby-garnet colour and violet reflections. The nose reveals hints of dark wild berry jam, accompanied by fine notes of delicate chocolate. On the palate, the wine is soft, round and harmonious, with supple tannins and elegant fruit depth. The finish is long-lasting, powerful and persistent, characterised by dark berry fruit and gentle spice.

The Scheiblhofer Premium Cuvée 2024 is a versatile accompaniment to hearty meat dishes such as fillet of beef, lamb chops or game ragout. It is also an excellent accompaniment to grilled steak, braised dishes and mature hard cheese. Thanks to its harmonious structure and soft tannins, it also accompanies Mediterranean dishes with herbs and roasted flavours or hearty pasta dishes.
