Colour: Light gold.

Nose: Floral notes, subtle sweetness, light spice and hints of light wood.

Flavour: Smooth, balanced, delicately spicy, malty and harmonious.

Finish: Langs, soft and slightly woody.

This single malt harmonises particularly well with fine Asian dishes, such as sushi, sashimi, tempura or delicately spiced rice dishes, as its floral lightness accompanies these flavours perfectly.
