The Rochelt Mirabelle 2017 50% is a high-quality brandy from Rochelt, which has been synonymous with artisanal distilling in the Tyrolean Inntal valley for decades. For this vintage, fully ripe, aromatic mirabelle plums are carefully selected and slowly and gently distilled twice using traditional methods. The fruit comes exclusively from controlled growing areas and is only processed when it has reached its optimum degree of ripeness. The brandy then matures for several years in open glass balloons, which gives it its particularly fine and clear structure. The long resting period ensures that the natural fruit flavours combine harmoniously to create an expressive yet elegant distillate that exemplifies the Rochelt philosophy.


Like all of the distillery's products, Rochelt Mirabelle plum brandy is bottled without sugar, additives or filtration, guaranteeing its purity and authentic production method. With an alcohol content of 50%, it has the clear, unadulterated intensity typical of Rochelt. The bottling is presented in the distinctive Rochelt bottle and in a high-quality wooden box, which further emphasises the exclusivity and craftsmanship of this limited annual edition.
