The Adam-Lieleg Sämling Steiermark 2025 with 11% vol. in a 0.75-litre bottle is a fruity, aromatically clear white wine from the Styrian volcanic and hilly region. It is classically vinified in stainless steel tanks so that the typical varietal freshness, aromatic purity and lively structure of the Sämling - also known as Scheurebe - are fully preserved. The Adam-Lieleg winery's style is based on precise harvesting, cool ageing and maximum cleanliness in the cellar, resulting in a wine that is fruity, aromatic and lively in equal measure.

The 2025 vintage is exceptionally clearly structured, juicy and harmonious. Its varietal flavours are intense yet finely defined, supported by an integrated acidity and subtle fruit sweetness. Tasting Note

In the glass, the wine smells of juicy stone fruit, currants, white peaches and apricots. On the palate, it is juicy, almost fleshy, with harmoniously integrated fruit sweetness and finely integrated acidity. The finish is clear, fruity and long-lasting, carried by its charming, animating structure.
