This blended malt is ideal with savoury dishes such as smoked salmon, roast poultry or spicy tapas, as its smoky and herbal notes complement these dishes in an appealing way. It makes a balanced flavour combination with mature hard cheeses or nutty desserts. It can be enjoyed neat, but also works equally well in drinks such as whisky highballs or slightly smoky old-fashioned variants.
